Would you like a simple, cost-effective way to maximize guest engagement at your in-person event, while minimizing printing materials such as paper programs? We suggest a QR code customized to your event needs. A QR code can link to a Linktree or another custom menu where guests can choose to browse through the program, read about the speakers, read performers' bios, visit the raffle page, place bids in your online auction, place votes, play a game, sign up for a future volunteer shift, or any other online engagement.

The most popular use for a QR code, though, is a direct link to your donation page! For our clients who choose not to license a specific event fundraising software, it’s easy to use the QR code to send guests to your own website where they can seamlessly support your mission. Mobile donations eliminate a huge amount of staff time for gift processing, and are rapidly becoming the new standard for all types of fundraising events.

Your QR code can be displayed on a small card on each table, on banners or signage around strategic areas of the event, and in the registration area. QR codes can also be displayed on projected slides during the program to remind the guests to go to the donation page, which of course is an easy way for our guests to donate: faster than typing in a web address, and more fun than texting to receive a link.

Overall, using QR codes at in-person events is a big help to you AND your guests, and a great way to simplify, create instant engagement, and reduce costs.
