2024 Highlights: Connections Matter Most

What was special about Synchronicity’s work in 2024? As the year winds to a close, the answer seems clear: it’s the connections between people.

We’re taking this end-of-year moment to enjoy the moments of connection with our clients, camaraderie with our team, and celebration with all the guests who’ve attended the events we produce! All our achievements are amplified and sustained when we strengthen the bonds that keep all of us resilient. That’s the underlying purpose of every Synchronicity-produced event — and we won’t apologize for loving what we do!

Let’s celebrate some sweet moments that remind us of the power of connection:

Now more than ever, we are not leaving these authentic connections to chance. We make this magic happen through our planning and production process, which emphasizes a true partnership and custom event design based on each client’s purpose. We don’t show up to make a generic event happen - we work alongside our clients with a full understanding of each organization’s values and specific goals for the event, and we put all our event superpowers to work to fulfill those intentions.

And - “it takes two to tango”, so let’s say a HUGE THANK YOU to our clients! You inspire us every day. Your courage in facing down inequities, your creative spirit in finding solutions for your communities, your leadership, excellence, and commitment to change-making are what keep us in this game for the long haul.
